Direct from Proyecto Tres Cielos in Saladoblanco, Huila, this Pacamara microlot is cultivated at 1,600 meters above sea level by the Peña family. Processed using the washed method and carefully dried in a mechanical dryer, this coffee reflects precision and dedication in every step of production.

Scoring an outstanding 87 points on the SCAA scale, it offers a delicate fragrance and aroma (8.25), bright acidity (8.00), and a silky body (8.25), enhanced by a lingering aftertaste (8.25).
